How I got 15,000 views on LinkedIn in 24 hrs with only 500 connections

I am no business guru like Gary Vaynerchuck.

I didn’t become the CEO of my own company by 26, like Steven Bartlet.

I did experience, however — much loss in my life in the last 24 months.

Within a 13-month window, my Father, Uncle and Aunt all passed suddenly from cancer. These deaths left me broken in so many ways.

There were silver linings to the depression and anxiety I fell deep into the months after.

One being, I found an online community.

Another, Never Alone Community and Clothing line were born.

But most importantly

I Realized Honesty Was The True Connection In A World Of PhotoShop And “Living My Best Life”

It is true even on a business platform where the majority of the post are about personal growth, how someone achieved their greatness and “How I 10x my business in a year.”

My post was simple and to the point.

It was a video that did not fit the horizontal landscape that LinkedIn promotes, so it had the double blurred edges.

Yet it was honest, raw and shot in one take with no editing done to it.

And there was no “playing it up for the camera.”

Last night anxiety gripped my mind and body as I went to turn my lights off and slumped into bed. My legs wouldn’t stop shaking, and my mind made every single business move coming to the most daunting thing I could do. I was going to FAIL. In the morning, it was still with me.

To help clear my head,
